• Libya Organization for Agriculture and Environment: It is one of the civil society organizations in Libya that is concerned with agriculture and the environment, as it works in the geographical scope of southern Libya in particular and Libya in general, and has obtained a declaration and a permit to practice from the Civil Society Commission, registration number (012 14, , 07/17/2017)

• Rationalize the good use of national agricultural resources in a way that contributes to their preservation and sustainability.
• Monitor environmental violations and alert the competent authorities about them
• Encourage various initiatives in transferring and localizing good and environmentally friendly practices
Contribute to finding sound solutions to agricultural and environmental pests.
• Support farmers and encourage small farmers, women and rural families
• Disseminate the concepts of civil society and the culture of community participation

Libya also has a sufficient number of expertise and cadres to turn the wheel of growth in achieving the goals of sustainable development, which requires us to look forward to a leading country in the field of agriculture and environmental diversity. Organization Activities
The organization has submitted several proposals for action to governmental and non-governmental local and international agencies in various fields that would contribute to finding solutions to the problems and bottlenecks facing the agricultural sector in Libya in general and in the southern region in particular. • As well as raising the standard of living of the population, ensuring the reduction of reverse migration to cities and providing psychological and social support through these appropriate solutions and visions
